The application process begins by clicking the Purchase, Refinance,
or PreApproval links on the HomePage.
An instant rate quote page then displays. It includes all rate programs,
payment info, APR's, and a breakdown of closing costs.
After you have received an instant quote, you are then able to apply
and lock whichever loan you choose. (If you do not see the loan program
or rate/point combination that you are looking for, call one of our
friendly loan consultants to get a quote)
After clicking on the 'apply' link, you are then directed into our
quick and easy application, which only takes about 15 minutes. The mortgage
loan process has never been easier!
You have the option to save and continue your work later should the
need arise. If you stop at any point in the application, simply save
your work and you will receive an email with your log-in information
so that you may come back and finish at your convenience.
When you are finished with your application, you will receive a confirmation
email stating that your application has been received.
After your loan has been reviewed and has returned from the approval
process, your loan consultant will contact you (usually within 20 minutes)
and provide you with the details of what will happen next, as well as
with the phone numbers and email addresses of your two points of contact.
